Although some evangelical groups have fought against encouraging adherents to act to preserve the environment in light of findings about global warming, a group from the Southern Baptist convention has endorsed changing their actions to protect the climate.
The story got fairly wide play in news media, but in this case, denominational press offers an interesting angle on the story.
