Endorsements cause headaches for McCain campaign

With a headline that "McCain has some pastor problems, too," CNN's political news blog is reporting that presumptive Republican nominee John McCain has rejected an endorsement from Pastor Ron Parsley, leader of the World Harvest Church. Parsley is known for strict conservative views on marriage and adultery. He also has been quoted as calling Islam "evil," according to the article.

World Harvest is a pentecostal church with a 400-member staff, that some pundits believe was influential in the Republicans taking Ohio in the last election.

McCain also rejected an endorsement from televangelist/pastor John Hagee earlier this week.
